Always Ready AI LLC ("we", "us", "our") provides automated missed-call text-back and AI chat assistants for local businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you call or text a business that uses our service, or use one of our chat widgets. Always Ready AI acts as a service provider to the business you contacted.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you call a business that uses our missed-call text-back service and the call is not answered, you receive one automated text at the number you called from. Message frequency and the STOP (opt-out) and HELP instructions are described in our SMS Program Terms. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Replies to your texts and chat messages are generated by an automated AI assistant acting for the business, and the assistant identifies itself as an AI. Conversations are stored so the business can follow up and so we can keep the records of consent and opt-outs that messaging rules require.
We retain conversation and service-request data for 12 months from the date of your last interaction, after which it is automatically deleted. Records of consent are kept for 4 years, and opt-out (STOP) requests are kept permanently so that we can continue to honor them.
Your information is shared with the business you contacted so it can respond to you. To deliver the service we use a small number of service providers, each bound by contract and its own privacy policy: a telecommunications provider that delivers calls and text messages, an AI language-model provider that generates the assistant's replies, Google (calendar and email on behalf of the business, only when the business connects its Google account), a payment processor for business billing (we never store card numbers), and a network-security provider. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
